Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 2 working days to process your order.  

All UK orders are shipped next day delivery.  Order by 11am to receive your purchase the next business day.

International orders can take up to 7 business days but can sometimes arrive sooner.  

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your De La Vali piece but no worries at all. Please see our returns page for details on how you can return your order.

If you wish to return your item, you must contact us within 14 days from delivery. You then have 14 days in to return your order to our warehouse.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains including deodorant marks or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be
returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. 

We have partnered with Global-E for all our international shipments. Depending on your country, taxes and import duties are either included in the price or will be shown pre-calculated at check-out.

International orders can take up to 7 business days but delivery is usually quicker than this.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on any duties or taxes you may have paid to receive your order.

Unfortunately not. We can only accept refunds or exchanges for items purchased directly from our online store. If you wish to return a Vali piece that has been purchased via one of our stockists, please contact the stockist directly.

Please email our customer service team on info@delavali.com for any order amendments. If your order has not been picked and packed already this shouldn’t be a problem.
