Return requests will be approved/denied within 1 business day. Please wait for email confirmation before shipping your package. We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once the item(s) is/are received, your store credit/refund or exchange will be processed within 2-3 business days and sent via email. How long does delivery take?
Due to the current COVID19 restrictions and staff shortages we are experiencing some slight delays with shipping, please allow up to 7 working days for standard shipping at this time.

What is your returns policy?
IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK YOU MUST COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR COURIER THAT YOU ARE RETURNING GOODS TO AVOID ANY INCURRED COSTS ON EITHER SIDE.
You have 14 days to return your item to our warehouse from the date you received it.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.
Can I return something I purchased at a sample sale?
I’m afraid not, we can only accept refunds or exchanges for items purchased directly from our online store, if you wish to return a Vali piece that has been purchased via one of our stockists please contact the stockist directly.
I’ve placed my order. Can I make changes to it?
Please email our customer service team @ firstname.lastname@example.org for any order amends, if it has not been picked and packed already this shouldn’t be a problem.
