How do I return my order?
We are so sorry to hear you’re not happy with your Vali purchase! But no worries at all, in order to start the refund process please email enter your details online HERE or email our customer service team @ email@example.com so we can send you a returns form to fill out with a few details and some information about how and where to send your parcel.
Please do not return any items without going through this step, before sending any returned items you must start a return request online as you will need an RMA number. Any parcels received without an RMA will not be accepted. For further information on returns please check our returns policy.

Due to the current COVID19 restrictions and staff shortages we are experiencing some slight delays with shipping, please allow up to 7 working days for standard shipping at this time.
Express shipping UK - 1-2 working days (currently unavailable)

The item I want is out of stock. Will it come back and can I be notified?
For enquiries about out of stock items please email firstname.lastname@example.org, although almost all of our pieces are limited edition we will always endeavour to source you the desired item in your size via a stockist or notify you if it is being restocked.

What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days to return your item to our warehouse from the date you received it.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.
Can I return something I purchased at a sample sale?
I’m afraid not, we can only accept refunds or exchanges for items purchased directly from our online store, if you wish to return a Vali piece that has been purchased via one of our stockists please contact the stockist directly.
I’ve placed my order. Can I make changes to it?
Please email our customer service team @ email@example.com for any order amends, if it has not been picked and packed already this shouldn’t be a problem.
