RETURN INFORMATION
If you wish to return your item(s), you must request your return within 14 days from receipt. You then have 14 days to return your order to our warehouse. 28 days in total from when you received your order. The item(s) must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.

UK RETURNS

You can submit a return request via the portal at the link below by entering your full order number and email address to our online portal system. 

UK Returns Portal

• Returns will not be accepted if not pre-approved via our online portal system
• Once your request has been approved you will be notified via email and your return QR code will be provided to you.
• Once we have received back the item(s) you returned, please allow 7 business days from the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
• Please make sure you keep a record of your tracking information and proof of postage until your return has been processed.
• De La Vali will not be responsible for any shipping costs or lost packages for orders sent with another carrier.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International Returns Portal

RESTOCKING FEES

All returns will be subject to the following restocking fees which will be deducted from your refund.
