RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return your item(s), you must contact us within 14 days from receipt. You then have 14 days to return your order to our warehouse. 28 days in total from when you received your order. The item(s) must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains, deodorant or fake tan marks or that smell of perfume/or body odour. Any returns that are not in their original condition will be rejected and returned to you. If you notice any faults with the garment when you receive your order, please flag this to us immediately with images. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.

EXCHANGE

The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject stock availability at the time of the request. Exchanges can only be made on same style items in a different size. Please note unfortunately due to tax and duty charges we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.

UK RETURNS

You can submit a return request via the returns section HERE by entering your full order number and email address to our online portal system. Returns will not be accepted if not pre-approved via our online portal system, please allow 2 business days for your return to be approved. Once your request has been approved you will be notified via email and sent a DHL returns label. Please make sure you keep a proof of postage until your return has been processed. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You can submit a return request via the returns portal HERE by quoting your order number and email address. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a shipping label to return your item/s. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you keep the proof of postage until your return has been processed. Please note unfortunately due to tax and duty charges we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders. 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received back to our warehouse, please allow 7 business days from receipt for your refund to be processed. Once a refund is processed from our side, please wait 3-10 business days for the refund to clear into your bank. 

The delivery charge, duties and taxes will not be refunded.
