RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return your item(s), you must contact us within 14 days from receipt. You then have 14 days to return your order to our warehouse.

The item(s) must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains including deodorant marks or that smell of perfume/or body odour. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. 

EXCHANGE 

The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing. Exchanges can only be made on same style items in a different size. Please note unfortunately due to tax and duty charges we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.

UK RETURNS

  • You can submit a return request via the returns section HERE by entering your 4-digit order number and email address to our online portal system.
  • Returns will not be accepted if not pre-approved via our online portal system, please allow 2 business days for your return to be approved.
  • Once your request has been approved you will be notified via email and offered a printable return shipping label, please note this is not pre-paid.
  • You are free to use any courier service of your choice, please make sure you keep a record of your tracking information and proof of postage until your return has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • You can submit a return request via the returns section HERE by simply entering your 4-digit order number beginning with along with your email address to our online portal system.
  • You will be offered a printable return shipping label, please note this is not pre-paid and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are free to use any courier service of your choice, however you must let them know that you are returning goods, failure to do so could result in your item being held at customs and possibly returned to you at your expense.
  • Please make sure you keep a record of your tracking information and proof of postage until your return has been processed.
  • Please note unfortunately due to tax and duty charges we are unable to offer exchanges on
  • international orders.

Once the items have been received back to our warehouse, please allow 7 business days from the receipt for your refund to be processed.
