We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your Vali piece but no worries at all, you can submit a return request online by entering your details online HERE or by emailing email@example.com where our customer service team will then respond to you via email with a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) and returns form to complete.
- Fill in the returns form and include this within the parcel
- All returns need to be sent to our warehouse for processing
- Before sending any returned items you must start a return request online as you will need an RA number. Any parcels received without an RMA will not be accepted.

Once the items have been received via our warehouse we will contact you to process the refund or exchange. Please allow 7 business days to from the receipt of your returned package to be processed.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.
